At Anurag Kumar Tripathi, operating as Xenriq AI Studio, we believe in privacy by design. We maintain clear boundaries between browser extension local storage and website processing. 

1. Operating Entity & Scope

This Privacy Policy outlines how Anurag Kumar Tripathi, operating as Xenriq AI Studio ("Entity", "we", "us", or "our"), manages privacy across our browser extensions (such as Promptive Sentry) and our official website (xenriq.com).

2. Extension Data & Telemetry

Browser Extension Privacy Guarantee:

"Promptive Sentry does not collect, transmit, or store any usage data on external servers. All extension data (settings, prompt history, context) is stored locally on the user's device using the browser's built-in storage (chrome.storage.local) and never leaves their browser."

Promptive Sentry operates purely client-side within your browser or IDE. We do not maintain any central telemetry server, remote database, or analytics collector for extension activities.

3. Website Data Handling & Payment Processing

Separate from the browser extension, our public website (xenriq.com) handles basic web transactions and voluntary contribution processing as follows:

Payment Processing & Financial Data Disclosure:

Anurag Kumar Tripathi, operating as Xenriq AI Studio, does NOT collect, store, or process credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers. All payments, tips, and voluntary contributions are processed directly and securely by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways: Razorpay (for UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking) and PayPal (for international payments).

When a payment is completed, Razorpay/PayPal shares only transaction metadata (such as transaction ID, payment status, date, amount, and payer email address) with us for standard tax, accounting, and compliance record-keeping.

  • Contact Submissions: If you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message to respond to your query.
  • Essential Website Cookies & Hosting Analytics: Our host provider (Vercel/Netlify) processes aggregate network request metrics (IP country, user agent, requested pages) to ensure website uptime, DDOS protection, and basic performance optimization. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or sell personal data to advertisers.

4. Third-Party Service Processors

We engage trusted third-party service providers solely to operate our website and process payment transactions:

  • Razorpay Software Private Limited: Payment gateway handling UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Subject to Razorpay Privacy Policy.
  • PayPal Inc.: International payment processor. Subject to PayPal Privacy Policy.
  • EmailJS: Relays contact form messages securely to our support mailbox.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

We retain support correspondence and financial payment receipts only for the minimum period required by Indian statutory tax and accounting regulations.

How to Submit a Data Deletion Request:

If you have submitted a contact form or email and wish to request deletion of your contact records, please send an email to anurag@anuragtripathi.pro with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will verify and process your deletion request within 30 days.
