1. Operating Entity & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of digital software extensions, browser tools, websites, and associated services operated by Anurag Kumar Tripathi, operating as Xenriq AI Studio ("Entity", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Promptive Sentry (including Chrome Extension, Firefox Add-on, and VS Code / IDE extensions) or visiting xenriq.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of the software.

2. Software License & Acceptable Use

Anurag Kumar Tripathi, operating as Xenriq AI Studio, grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Promptive Sentry for personal or internal professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Under this license, you agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any binary or packaged code of the extension;
• Attempt to bypass or tamper with any token pacing, rate limiting, or security validation routines;
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, national, or international laws;
• Use automated scripts or bots to extract data or overload external LLM provider APIs via the software.

3. Voluntary Contributions, Tips & Tax Status

Promptive Sentry is a digital browser extension and software tool provided free of charge for community use.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Promptive Sentry, including source code, design systems, visual assets, brand marks ("The Intersect" logo), documentation, and web assets, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Anurag Kumar Tripathi, operating as Xenriq AI Studio. Unauthorized reproduction, rebranding, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROMPTIVE SENTRY AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Anurag Kumar Tripathi, operating as Xenriq AI Studio, does not warrant that the software will meet all your requirements, function uninterrupted, be error-free, or be completely compatible with future browser engine updates or changes made by third-party LLM providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Anurag Kumar Tripathi, operating as Xenriq AI Studio, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of workflow, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the software.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

Anurag Kumar Tripathi, operating as Xenriq AI Studio, reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, extension update, or website service at any time without prior notice or liability. There is no guaranteed service availability or uptime SLA.

8. User Responsibilities & Third-Party Terms

You are solely responsible for your own browser configuration, API key confidentiality (where applicable), and compliance with the Terms of Service of third-party Large Language Model providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google AI). Promptive Sentry operates as a client-side layer and does not take responsibility for third-party API account suspensions or rate limits enforced by model vendors.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
